Founders Caleb and Laylaa met while working at a 5 Star Hotel in Cape Town. Both of them developed a love for hospitality while working at the front desk. With a mutual passion for travel, culture, and exceptional service, they often discussed ideas for optimising the luxury experience within the tourism industry.

Caleb gained experience in fleet management, working in prestigious hotels across Cape Town. His expertise in operation management and customer service allowed him to understand the intricacies of what makes a travel experience truly luxurious and memorable. Laylaa, on the other hand, ventured into reservations for boutique 5 star hotels that focused on elite guests. Her wit and strong organisational skills helped her establish strong relationships with agents and luxury guests.

In 2013 feeling brave Caleb and Laylaa founded “LTC Travel and Tours,” a ground transport company offering travel experiences around the city. After many years of navigating different markets they realised their passion was in the luxury ground transport market. Their mission was to redefine luxury travel by offering personalised and exclusive itineraries that were tailored to their clients’ unique desires.
